    What will your role be?

    As a Credit Analyst, supporting hp.com, you will be independently managing accounts of customers located in Europe, with low to medium credit limit needs. You will partner closely with the cash collections teams as the first escalation level in case of missed payments from customers or channel partners.

    What will your day consist of?

    You will use financial statements to determine and decide on credit limits of HP customers
    You will investigate possible fraud attempts
    You will negotiate down payments with customers and HP sales team
    You will advise Sales on credit and fraud risk
    You will analyze customers’ receivables account delinquency and determine how to facilitate payments
    You will recognize trends for non- payment and resolve issues by engaging internal partners at all levels
