    Studii medii (liceu),cunostinte de specialitate;
    Utilizare calculator: cunostinte solide de MS Office;
    Cunoasterea legislatiei bancare locale (regulamentul BNR);
    Flexibilitate si atitudine pro activa
    Capacitatea de asumare a responsabilitatii;
    Foarte bune abilitati de comunicare, orientare spre client si solutionarea problemelor, atentie la detalii;
    Capacitate de a invata rapid, spirit de echipa, rezistenta la stres, adaptabilitate;
    Cunostinte medii de limba engleza, scris si vorbit.


    Ce vei face in acest rol? Iata responsabilitatile:

    Primirea, acceptarea si procesarea ordinelor de plata, instrumentelor de debit, schimburilor valutare si depozitelor, pentru clientii bancii;
    Efectuarea incasarilor si retragerilor de numerar la cererea clientilor, precum si a tranzactiilor de schimb valutar de tip CROSS;
    Deschiderea de relatie si conturi si efectuarea modificarilor de date pentru SME si MCB;
    Investigarea si monitorizarea erorilor, a platilor rejectate, a refuzurilor la plata, in cazul Instrumentelor de Debit cat si oferirea informatiilor telefonice clientilor;
    Asigurarea suportului operational atat pentru clienti cat si pentru alte departamente la diverse solicitari;
    Mentinerea relatiilor existente cu clientii si asigurarea deservirii acestora.
