Technical education with additional experience and knowledge regarding production management and production systems;
 At least 2 years of experience in production or related areas;
 Lean management knowledge;
 Deep knowledge of Leoni management tools;
 Good analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work under pressure;
 Excellent command of English in writing and speech required; German is an advantage
