Required Qualifications and Experience:
-Experience with supporting users in the mid-range enterprise organization.
-Good overview of IT infrastructure and architecture.
-Working experience with industry-standard client SW: MS Windows 8.1 and 10, MS Office suite, IBM Lotus Notes.
-Working experience with user management tasks in Active Directory.
-Intermediate experience with managing MS Windows Server 2012 and LAN networking.
-Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
-Willingness to continuously improve own knowledge, skills, and attitudes.
Provide efficient and effective local and remote support to Deloitte users of information technologies who utilize computer hardware, software, attached peripherals and mobile technologies.
The Specialist of IT user support will work as member of the international team of desktop services to implement standards, as well as deploy and support new applications, services, and operating systems. The scope of support relates to Deloitte business in Bucharest, Romania.
-Provide IT Service Desk support to local and remote user groups, including support of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and LAN infrastructure in the office.
-Investigate and resolve issues with personal computers and associated peripherals to ensure that hardware and software products are working properly.
-Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues as they arise.
-Install and configure personal computers and desktop software to fulfill the business needs and operability.
-Cooperate and support other specialized teams with IT infrastructure
