    Experienta in conducerea unei echipe de vanzari de minim 3 ani
    Cunoasterea pietei locale si a clientilor cheie din zona
    Abilitati de comunicare si negociere
    Fire dinamica, intreprinzatoare , persuasiva. Capabil sa se automotiveze
    Carnet conducere Categ B, minim 5 ani experienta
    Limba engleza mediu cunostinte avansate operate PC : Excel , Word, PPT, etc


    Cunoaste bine zona alocata si potentialul de vanzare
    Colaboreaza la stabilirea obiectivelor de vanzari la nivel de zona si partener distributie.
    Verifica respectarea rutei de vizitare a clientilor de catre agenti
    Supravegheaza teritorial portofoliul de clienti existenti si cauta sa-si mareasca zilnic numarul de clienti activi, contactand noii clienti ce apar pe zona sa, prin intermediul agentilor sai si/sau a lui insusi ; 
    Supervizeaza, decide (in limita prerogativelor) si controleaza activ, procesul de bonusare al clientilor
    Monitorizeaza promotiile companiei si materialele de promovare          
    Cunoaşte şi aplică tehnici de negociere în limita competenţelor sale, negociind termenii contractuali în limitele stabilitele agreate de companie şi propune noi forme de colaborare cu clienţii importanti.
    Gestioneaza flota de lazi frigorifice din zona de responsabilitate
    Culege informaţii de interes comercial despre competitori
