    Cerinte

    We’re looking for a Performance Management Specialist to join the HR Mega Image team. The position will be located in the Bucharest office and will report to the Performance Management Manager.

    As a Performance Management Specialist you will support the design and implementation of the performance management framework and manage employee evaluation system.
    Also, you will implement various performance management initiatives to drive employee engagement and retention such as: talents and high potentials assessments, employee promotions assessments and support in implementing succession planning procedure.
    You will also provide general human resources support for the corporate office, ensuring adherence to requirements and advising management on employee relations and performance actions.

    The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

    Analytical and fast learning skills;
    Interpersonal and relationship-building skills in order to work with other departments;
    Organizational skills, prioritization, project management, time management and attention to detail; ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously;
    Data analysis and Excel skills with ability to compile/track, analyze and report information/data;
    Knowledge of Job Analysis and ability to relate jobs across the organization;
    Knowledge required in analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating performance management systems;
    Prior experience in providing advisory / consultative services to senior management is a plus;
    1+ years’ experience in employee engagement initiatives, performance management and workforce planning;
    Process improvements and change management skills;
    Problem solving to identify, escalate and resolve issues effectively;
    Good judgment, a fair degree diplomacy and patience are required;
    Written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate across multiple levels;
    Good judgement & reasoning abilities are required;

    Qualifications:

    BA in psychology/ human resources /sociology and 2+ years related experience;
    Microsoft Office
    English language: advanced. Romanian language: proficient.

    Responsabilitati

    Key Responsibilities:

    Performance Management:

    Manage the implementation of the employees performance appraisal process;
    Create performance evaluation reports;
    Manage and maintain performance evaluation platform;
    Deliver trainings to employees on performance management process.

    Profiling:

    Research and support in designing Profile Models for various positions in the organization;

    Talent Management:

    Talent reviews planning and process coordination;
    Provide assistance to internal business leaders and HR partners in the areas of performance solutions, talent development and related HR best practices to help managers improve individual and group performance;
    Develop and implement high potentials assessments (identifying the most appropriate assessment methods and tools) and make recommendations for their development in order to ensure talent pipeline;
    Implement competency models for various positions in the company and provide guidance to managers to assess competencies of employees;
    Obtain appropriate certifications to acquire and administer assessment instruments and provide feedback to management.
    Organizational effectiveness & design:

    Monitor and regularly check of job hierarchy, spans and layers, and update job matrixes;
    Perform job evaluation scheme activities to improve organization design and avoid ineffective structures, and consequently, cost drift and dissatisfied staff;
    Interpret data, identify trends and performance insights.
