Typically 2-4 years of experience, preferably in Sales Finance or Sales Operations

What will your day consist of?
You will support an entire sales organization on sales compensation related topics
You will help drive the planning coordination and execution
You will interact with the sales leadership on plan effectiveness
You will listen carefully to the customer challenges and identify solutions on how to drive superior behavior & motivation
You will facilitate challenging solutions by involving other HP teams in working with the customer
You will lead and/or participate in business transformation projects across geographies
You will play a key role influencing our regional strategy, making your customer heard
You will be the key interface with Worker Councils on sales compensation matters
