•Planning curricula fully; including course agenda, course content and course evaluation methods.
•Designing assigned curricula using a research-based approach which often includes conducting and documenting stakeholder, sponsor, and learner interviews.
•Partnering with all business line leaders, trainers and subject matter experts to assist with design of training for new and existing training plans.
•Producing job-specific training material, including: presentations, best practice guides, technical manuals, infographics, etc.
•Organize and maintains training venues and logistics to achieve efficient and effective training and accountability.
•Manage and maintain training schedules that are up to date, accurate and are communicated to participants and management in a timely manner.
•Maintaining database and documents related to the delivered learning sessions.
•Conducting face-to-face and online learning sessions as dictated by designed curricula.
•Supporting corporate enterprise wide training initiatives and other duties as needed.
