    Requirements

    Degree in engineering, production, supply chain or logistics
    Ca. 3 years of experience in production / factory environment with focus on quality, process improvements, lean management / implementation and modification of lines.
    Strong hands on mechanical engineering experience (Desirable a recognized qualification)
    Customer facing experience/negotiation skills
    Knowledge and experience of quality principals
    Driver’s license
    Green Belt certification will be additional asset
    Willingness to travel across Europe up to 80% of work time
    Fluent in English

    Responsibilities

    As Quality Leader 50% (CEE) you will:
    Implement the Quality Audit program at CHEP own and subcontracted plants
    Ensure all plants are focused on delivering assured quality products and services to its entire customer base
    Ensure the implementation of complaint investigation resolution actions are communicated
    Take in charge relation with customers facing quality issues
    Support other business departments within company to deliver proper quality of the product

    As Technical support 50% (Europe) you will:
    Support customers with current and future issues related to pallet/automation compatibility and equipment calibration.
    Provide training and support on correct mechanical handling methods for pallets both internally and externally, with the aim of improving customer systems and reducing field damage rate.
    Provide feedback to sales and product engineering on market handling and packaging trends, to support future CHEP growth initiatives.
