    -Minimum medium (B2) language level (speaking and writing) for French and English
    -Availability to work on a full time / part time schedule, Monday - Saturday, 9:00 - 21:00
    -Gracious attitude in client service and efficiency in solving the problems
    -Ability to understand and properly categorize the problem detected by the customer

    -Offering best level customer support for native French clients via phone and email
    -Asist international end-clients, as well as distributors of Skin, Hair and Body products for our client, an international Cometics company
    -Review and interpret customer information in a variety of systems and apply that information to resolving the customer�s inquiry
    -Balance customer service considerations with the exercise of efficiency with respect to time and call control
