Back-office Support Ambassador - French and English(Remote)

Your profile:

● Strong written language skills in French and English
​● Availability for a full-time schedule, shifts between 11:00 - 20:00, Monday - Sunday, 5 days/ week
● Ability to multitask and handle multiple concurrent chats
● Excellent problem-solving abilities
● Navigate quickly through product and workflows while actively supporting users via chat
● Passionate about helping people in need
● Comfortable working with computers and the ability to work with multiple systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new ones
● Strong team spirit with passion and drive to help users and deliver the best in customer service.
