University degree, preferable in Economics;
Through understanding of the insurance market;
Up to 3 years of experience in a relevant position in insurance field or in account management;
Proven commercial knowledge and skills;
Outstanding client relationship;
Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
Strong results orientation, competitiveness;
Able to take decisions in an independent manner.
Strong work ethic and ethical business practices.
Successfully manages the relations with brokers;
Responsible for implementing the business strategy regarding brokers;
Meeting sales targets through brokers distribution channel;
Develop the brokers distribution channel (brokers recruitment and segmentation, brokers database development and maintenance, contract negotiations, performance monitoring);
Offer advice to brokers and provide the necessary support for maximizing sales;
Organize and deliver training for brokers, ensure visits to local brokers on a needed basis
Manage the relation with operational departments and is involved in solving any issues related to with brokers management;
Participate in internal projects intended to develop new product, internal applications or to increase the target achievement through broker’s channel.
