C# Learning Coordinator (Entry Level)

➢ Recent graduate of at most 2 years from a bachelor's degree program or current master's degree student;
➢ With previous experience or related studies of at least 6 month in the people organisation projects;
➢ At least 1-2 years of work experience in C# projects;
➢ And competencies in all of the following:
▹ C# programming language;
▹ ASP.NET WebForms and MVC.
➢ Preferred, not mandatory:
▹A bachelor’s/master’s degree in Software Engineering;
▹Volunteering/NGO project/event coordination experience;
▹Knowledge of Microsoft SQL programming;
▹Experience or related studies in the fields of training and/or teaching;
▹A MCSA/MCSD/MCTS certification with a focus on web development.
➢ The C#/LINK Academy Coordinator is going to be the main point of contact when it comes to supporting the learning process of both online and in-class IT students.
☛ Supporting the learning process of online students by:
➢ Providing feedback on assignments/projects and offering clarifications on students’ questions on all Microsoft Development courses;
➢ Conducting online chat consultations with LINK group students;
➢ Verification and update of Distance Learning platform courses and tests;
➢ Acting as test center invigilator for international certification exams.
☛ Supporting the learning process of classroom students by:
➢ Organizing IT classes and conducting student evaluations;
➢ Maintaining a close relationship with teachers/lecturers on matters such as course materials and expected number of students in classes;
➢ Making sure the lecture starts without any issues, providing students with all requested information related to their learning responsibilities and scheduling consultation hours with teachers for them, when needed;
➢ Keeping records on student and teacher attendances in our internal database.
➢ 8h/day from Monday to Friday, starting from 8:00, 09:00 or 12:00 (depending on the scheduled classroom courses).
☛ The selection process consists of 4 stages that will take place over a period of 1 week and a half (10 working days), or even faster based on your schedule. The stages are:
➢ An informal phone discussion to get to know each other;
➢ A meeting at the office to familiarize with the work environment and see how good of an organizer you really are;
➢ A Skype technical discussion in English with a future colleague who works in teaching and programming;
➢ And a short interview in English with the company Executive Manager.
