Market Development Funds Specialist with Spanish

Market Development Funds Specialist is an integral part of the Incentive Team, which operates in a European, multicultural environment, handling projects, processes and operating systems within the company.

Requirements:

- University degree (preferable Marketing, Public Relations, etc.);
- Advanced Sales Support Knowledge;
- Good Windows XP skills, experience in working with MS Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Fluency in English and advanced Spanish skills;
- Previous working experience;
- Excellent communication skills (both internal and external);
- Good analytic skills;
- High level of accuracy, attention to details;
- Good organizing, planning and control skills;
- The ability to work with numbers.

Responsibilities:

- Working with the team managers involved in performing analyzes on the use of financial resources of Market Development Funds;
- Coordinating the planning and the approvals for Market Development Funds;
- Monitoring the claims and the payments statuses as well as the escalations from the partners, in case there are missing documents;
- Supporting the team/partners for solving any issues that may appear within the claiming or payments process;
- Acting as a support interface for level 1 escalations for the team/partners;
- Maintaining the correct information regarding the marketing funds on the specific programs;
- Offering internal and reporting support within the incentive program;
- Ensuring documentation and optimization of the operational processes.
