Your Qualification

- University degree with additional experience and knowledge regarding production management and production systems;
- At least 3 years’ experience in harness assembly;
- HV harnesses expirience;
- Assembly know how;
- Good analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work under pressure;
- Good knowledge of English in writing and speech required (German is an advantage);
- Specialized for shielded harnesses.
- Willing to travel

Your Challenge

- Planning of production processes and issues internal procedures
- Optimizes existing processes and equipment according to profitability aspects
- Supports PPAP and the release of production tools and equipment
- Initiates improvements within the tool, process, equipment and people
- Supports the Software/Hardware Release Process
- Customer contact and external partners (e.g. suppliers) in their field of expertise.
- Main focus on Electromobility
- Supports during RFQ with best practice in terms of Assembly Develops respective processes and KPI‘s
- Issues internal instructions
- Generates market overview on equipment suppliers
- Main focus on Electromobility
