In this role:
You’ll help with the planning and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. Apart from this, we rely on your strong abilities to commit to various support tasks and manage multiple responsibilities at once in a positive and confident manner.
Requirements:
- Possess a high sense of responsibility, reliability and involvement;
- Good organisation, planning and work management skills while being flexible to new ways of working;
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- High level of adjustment to various situations and learn fast to improve work;
- Good knowledge and understanding of English;
- Availability to work hard within a team setting;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package;
- Experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant or in another relevant administrative role is an advantage;
- Not the least we do ask for a good will and happy disposition.
What we need from you:
• You’ll perform and monitor administrative activities such as: emails, registration/scanning/archiving documents, dealing and checking contracts for clients and suppliers;
• Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues;
• Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues & monitor level of supplies and handle shortages;
• Ensure the preparation of different reports, documents according to the requests;
• Assist associates in ways that optimise procedures;
• Support with business administration and HR related tasks;
• Organise events and different internal activities depending on the priorities;
• Be involved in various internal projects in order to support the growing process of the company.
