    For our partner, one of the world's leading insurance companies, we are looking for a passionate Recruitment Consultant who speaks German at an advanced level.

    The new colleague will be part of our awesome HR team and will be our talent detective. If you have experience in HR and 'β' is part of your alphabet, we would like to have a chat with you. The great part of the role is that you'll grow from the professional point of view and you'll be part of the internal HR team.

    Requirements:

    - A minimum of 2 years' of recruitment experience in a fast paced environment;
    - Experience of direct and indirect candidate sourcing via professional networking, relevant media, advertising and liaising with external agencies;
    - Excellent verbal and communication skills;
    - Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and negotiation skills;
    - Ability to lead and coordinate multiple recruitment projects in the same time;
    - Advanced level of English and German;
    - Proactive, adaptable and driven.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    - Designs and executes recruitment projects for the staff across the organization, using the appropriate channels to source candidates;
    - Manages the recruitment process from the need identification up to the on-boarding process;
    - Develops and maintains relationships with internal stakeholders, candidates, external providers etc.;
    - Acts as an internal consultant on all experienced recruitment related issues;
    - Generates recruitment data analysis, reports, statistics, etc., formulates conclusions and recommendations;
    - Participates in other local and regional HR projects and initiatives.
