    Ubisoft Bucharest has been an important pillar for the local gaming industry since, being the first Ubisoft production studio outside France.     Your profile:

    •5+ years consumer product marketing experience;
    • Marketing experience in mobile games marketing and retention programs required;
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required, MBA preferred.

    Demonstrated marketing & strategic analysis skills with an ability to map an understanding of business drivers

    Drive for Results: Demonstrated ability to take ownership and responsibility for projects. Anticipates problems, marshals resources, and does what it takes to get the job done.

    Leadership: Can establish a clear vision, then rally partners and cross-functional teams to strive to achieve it.

    Marketing Expertise: Has a good understanding of the full marketing mix.

    Demonstrates an ability to learn new markets quickly, and can adjust to changes in market dynamics and competitive landscapes.

    Innovation/Creativity: Not afraid to try new things and challenge constraints. Can come up with creative ideas and/or elicit creative ideas from others.

    Be Fun: Looking for collaborators that can make great things happen while adding to Ubisoft’s fun and vibrant culture.

    Responsabilitati

    The Brand Manager is part of the Core Team of the project and reporting to the Executive Producer. The BM role is:

    • to lead the international marketing strategy of the product
    • to influence the product quality, the line management and growth strategies
    • to design marketing plans, spendings and communication elements of operational marketing


    Your responsabilities :

    • Brand identity champion within his/her project team
    • Game Positioning owner
    • Monitor relation with licensors
    • Make sure the game positioning is brought to life in the game content and in marketing & communication plans
    • Possibly manage an International Product Manager (TBC)
    • Support and challenge the game consumer appeal
    • Deliverables planning and implementation
    • Be the consumer voice representative
