Apart from developing kick-ass games, we also like to have fun through our internal contests and competitions, during our sporting events, at the relaxation are or in the gym. But better see it for yourself below.

The Ubisoft Graduate Program: Kickstart your career in video games

At Ubisoft, each game is an innovation. All Ubisoft installments are founded on gameplay and technology breakthroughs inspired by the latest societal and market trends. Developing in-house tools and engines, Ubisoft has positioned itself as an industry pioneer with distinctive gameplay across multiple platforms and genres.
Our heroes are full of character. Full of their own challenges, hopes and dreams. Just like our team members. Ubisoft is home to a multitude of professions and personalities all linked by a deep passion for games. Within each development team, a diverse array of specialties – animators, artists, designers, brand managers and programmers – combine their areas of expertise to build and improve their game.

» Join The Ubisoft Graduate Program as a Gameplay Programmer

Out of all these roles, Gameplay and AI Programmers are the masters of all interactions in-game: they connect the player, the controller and what is displayed on-screen, making sure that all game systems (playable and non-playable) interact in a believable way. They turn creative ideas into high-quality playable sequences and collaborate closely with designers, artists, animators and other development team members to offer a comfortable, immersive and fun game experience.

» Join The Ubisoft Graduate Program as a UX Designer

As part of the production team, reporting to the Lead Game Designer, the UX Designer plays a critical role to translate the vision of the game into a comfortable experience for the player. His job is key in building immersive player experience: he is responsible for ensuring immersion and consistency in the game.
During the production, he has an impact on a wide scope: gamefeel (GPP), Game Design (game & level designers), UI design, playtest (User research department).
