    Qualifications:

    - 3 years of experience in a data/systems analyst or related role
    - Degree from a top-tier university, ideally with an analytical or mathematics discipline
    - Competent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    - Advanced working knowledge of SQL
    - Understanding the role CRM, PSA, and ERP systems have within the PS Organization
    - Experience working with Salesforce, Netsuite, OpenAir, SFDC, and other CRM/ERP systems desirable
    - The ideal candidate will have experience working within a sales, professional services, or operations environment

    We have a position available for a Junior Business Support Analyst who wants to join our Professional Services (PS) Operations team in Bucharest, Romania. As a Junior Business Support Analyst, you will play an important role in ensuring our internal systems support our business, drive key processes, and contribute to our regular reporting rhythm. This role would suit an intelligent and analytical young professional looking to join a global organization at the forefront of financial technology.

    Responsibilities & Deliverables:

    Your deliverables as a Junior Business Support Analyst will include, but are not limited to, the following:

    Maintain and deliver against our internal systems roadmap
    Optimize the front end user interface of our systems to reduce administrative strain on users
    Drive adoption by providing regular systems training
    Monitor data integrity and collaborate with stakeholders to rectify issues
    Utilize your understanding of our technology stack to build and automate reports that provide business insight
    Maintain documentation around usage of our systems and relevant processes
    Work with central and regional leadership identify and execute against new ways to leverage our data
    Identify process and systems gaps to contribute to the systems roadmap
