Requirements
- Work experience min 5 years;
- Mastering Excel tool, good knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools;
- SAP experience is a plus;
- Good analytical skills;
- Experience in project management (transfer of accounting activities, accounting department of a shared services center) is a plus;
- Foreign languages knowledge: French minimum B2, English minimum B2;
-Manage daily treasury activities for the parent company and its subsidiaries;
-Ensure that the payments are processed in due time;
-Ensure that the accounting entries are compliant with local and Group norms and consistent with the information coming from banks and other financial institutions;
-Provide visibility to the management on the financial needs of the companies and the expenses related to their treasury activities;
-Support the treasurer and the chief accountant of the company for their analysis and projects;
-Ensure that these activities comply with Group referentials and relevant country's legislation and such information is available within prescribed deadlines for preparation of financial statements;
- Build, and update when necessary, the documentations of AP activities;
- Active participation to process and efficiency improvement projects;
- Conduct required internal controls activities;
- Point of contact for AP activities of the entity;
Working schedule: from monday to Friday 9 to 18;
