    Requirements

    - Economics background is a must, minimum 4 years of experience in Finance.
    - In accounting/advanced accounting/controlling/industrial controlling/ analysis
    - Profiles with experience in Audit companies are also welcomed
    - Coordinator experience or experience in project management is desired.
    - The candidates has to speak English at a good level of work, French is desirable, but not eliminatory, any other language will be a plus;
    - MS Office, Advanced in Excel, ACCESS knowledge is a plus, ERP system knowledge (Oracle/SAP, ..) it is a plus;
    - Good team worker, adaptability, flexibility in a changing environment
    - Must be very analytical
    - They have to be structured and detail oriented, advanced in working with Excel
    - Good communication skills
    - Proactive and with initiative
    - Motivated for a long term career , having also reasonable expectations in terms of growing (to be comfortable to stay at least 2- 3 years in the same job)
    - Dedicated and available to work extra time in the loaded periods
    - Serious, respecting deadlines
    - Focused on finding the solution, not the blame




    Responsibilities

    - Handle layout, entry, verification, control, quality and consistency of transactions and accounts within her remit.
    - Ensure these activities comply with Group referential and relevant country's legislation and such information is available within prescribed deadlines for preparation of management reports and financial statements.
    - Establishment of cost prices and measurement of inventories of entities within his/her remit, in accordance with Group accounting standards.
    - Ensuring implementation of Product Costing sub-process and quality of inventory reporting for the company.
    - Performs monthly closing tasks in accordance with deadlines, expected quality levels and Group rules,
    - Controls the quality of sub-process’ input data,
    - Prepares controls and circulates to operational entities and Group key indicators (Fabrication cost, Cost of Materials, CRI, Measured Inventories, Variances, inventories discrepancies, etc.). Ensures their integrity within prescribed deadlines so as to enable entities to reach well-informed decisions,
    - Performs annual closing tasks: physical inventories consolidation, variances analysis and action plans,
    - Collects the necessary data and carries out the calculation of standard costs,
    - Contributes to improvement of information processes, methods and systems / tools‘ domain,
    - Performs Internal Control self-assessments and contributes to action plans within his/her remit in accordance with the schedule defined.
    - Assisting the company leader in the preparation of the annual budget and then follow up on the main variances, updated forecast etc.
    - Assist the company leader in providing information to internal/external auditors, fiscal authorities
    - Propose in accordance with Group standards simplifications and improvements serving to optimize the processes she deals with, if case
    - Perform self-assessments within her remit in accordance with internal controller's instructions and on schedule
    - Execute any other tasks requested by the manager in order to realize the short term objectives of the department

    Other info

    Availability to travel: Minimum 2 rounds of 3 weeks in France in 2017.
