CAR FLEET SUPERVISOR

We are currently looking for an outstanding individual to join our EHS&S Department as:

CAR FLEET SUPERVISOR

(1 year temporary contract with Lugera & Makler for Philip Morris Trading SRL)

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepares the annual car fleet budget and follows-up the actual expenses vs. the allocated budget and recommends measures to stay within approved limits. Follows-up and analyzes all information regarding the fuel consumption, mileage and related costs to propose and implement actions to reduce total costs.

• Prepares the requests and assists Purchasing department to select the best car fleet related services.

• Monitors all services received (car wash, insurances) and maintains a good collaboration with the suppliers. Coordinates all activities related to car fleet to ensure a prompt feedback to internal customers' needs.

• Participates in the optimization of distribution routes.

• Plans, organizes and controls subordinates' work, delegating tasks to ensure an optimum service to internal customers and an efficient use of resources.

• Assists EHS&S Department in monitoring and analyzing the number of accidents and their causes and proposes measures to reduce them.

Qualifications:

• University degree, with technical background;

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a multinational environment; minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing a car fleet of minimum 300 vehicles;

• Strong analytical, conceptual and achievement orientation skills;

• Good communication skills;

• Comfortable working in a cross functional team;

• Knowledge of business procedures, economics, and human behavior;

• Good level of MS Office;

• Fluent in English.
