Position Overview

This is a combined role where you will be expected to manage the relationship with the Digital Solutions Team during the project lifecycle, you will be the main point of contact. You will fulfill an important role supporting and advising on the implementation of the mobile/online applications.

You need to be an excellent communicator and feel comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels within the client organization in an empathic and considerate way. Organizational and cultural sensitivity are a must. You also must have experience as a Feature Owner/Product Owner where you understand and evangelize agile as framework and underlying culture.
 

Senior Business Functional Analyst understanding as a role and responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of Agile framework and mindset
• Strong expertise in Business Analysis and Functional Analysis
• Strong expertise in planning and prioritization
• Able to work with one or many Product Owners/Feature Owners
• Able to conduct business workshops and elicitations
• Able to manage Product Backlog, Epics, User Stories
• Mastering tools like JIRA, Jama, Confluence
• Mastering abstractization and OO Analysis
• Performance driven by example and knowledge
• Understanding Mobile application and UX concepts is a strong asset
• Good presentation skill
• Able to work close to the team and for the team
• Able to work in a scaled matrix organization
• Able to work with distributed teams globally
• Able to travel
• Nice to have German language skills (as you will be working for the German Market) 

Technically were are looking for:

• Bachelor, Masters-level or University degree, preferably business or IT related;
• Experience as a Business Analyst in a client facing position;
• Experienced in modern methodologies (Agile/SCRUM);
• Experience with online strategy and complex problem solving;
• Strong consultancy skills, analytical and communications skills;
