- Mandatory advanced English skills;
- Knowledge of a wide range of Industrial applications across a broad spectrum of Industry;
- Strong knowledge of the science and theory behind lubrication and metalworking fluid applications;
- Technical or Engineering Degree level qualification.

- Responsible for providing product, process and application technical support to local direct customers and prospects;
- Work closely with local account managers to provide appropriate levels of hands on technical support to in country direct customers and prospects;
- Prioritize and focus, workload and customer activities to ensure maximization of the value gained from technical support provided;
- Provide technical knowledge and coaching to Key Account Managers;
- Constantly informed about the latest company and industry developments in Lubrication and metalworking fluid technology.
