HR Administration Specialist – EMEA
Location: Prague
Full time permanent contract
J&J GBS in Prague is currently looking for a Dutch speaking HR Administration Specialist to support our growing HR department.
Responsibilities:
As the HR Administration Specialist you will be supporting employees, managers and other human resource teams with tasks such as:
- employee data changes and business structure updates
- year-end and year round compensation processing and communications
- coordination of employee onboarding and offboarding
- admnistration of absence requests and return to work process
- benefits enrollment support, invoice processing
- researching policy inquiries as required
Qualifications
You are the perfect candidate for us if you:
- are fluent in French and English
- have excellent communication and customer service skills, and a 'Can-Do'-attitude
- have strong organizational skills and a great eye for detail
- are available to start in June/July 2017
