    What you bring to the team
    • University degree or final year - (IT engineering);
    • Minimum 1 year experience in a technical position;
    • Qualification / Training Professional certifications in networking, programming, databases, ITIL;
    • Knowledge of Good written & spoken English;
    • Knowledge POS: knowing well the electronic payments at POS in Romania;
    • Knowledge of e-commerce: e-commerce well known in Romania and has experience with Magento platforms, and OpenCart Prestashop;

    Responsabilitati

    Your day-to-day
    • Provide 2nd level support for card payment acceptance systems (POS, mPOS, e-commerce);
    • Proactive search for solutions to eventualeleor improvements and problems in its area of ​​responsibility and propose solutions for them;
    • To contribute directly to the development and testing of new functionality or solutions for managed systems and applications;
    • Train line first line support;
    • Responsible for finding the solution in permanent or temporary solutions which will be documented in HP Service Manager application to maintain functionality as part of the support systems in Tier 2;
    • Allocation of Tier 3 support if necessary, recording solutions and measures that it takes to solve the problem and notifying the user or first level support when the problem is solved;
    • Ensure the agreed response times and resolution defined in SLAs with first-level customer support and business departments;
    • Provides functionality for systems and applications that support within testing environments.
    • Parsing files and logs to investigate incidents that require it;
    • Configure and manage bank terminals;
    • Network with business areas and IT service providers;
    • Manage applications and dedicated servers;
    • He is actively involved in the processes of Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management;
    • Provides support for application integration of e-commerce sites with clients;
    • Provides support for module authorization of transactions;
    • Make reports on demand for business areas;
