    For our client a well-known leader in personal systems and printing, we are looking for a EMEA Demo Operations Support with French language.

    Requirements:

    - Fluent in English and in French (the role requires talking to native speakers by e-mail and phone);
    - Minimum 1 year of experience in operations;
    - Structured thinking (for reporting, metrics, priorities, escalations);
    - Analytics/synthesis, process and solutions oriented;
    - Customer oriented attitude;
    - Coordination/ Planning skills;
    - Very good business communication skills;
    - Ability to quickly build networking and maintain good relationships;
    - Quickly adapt to change and also interested in identifying improvement opportunities.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    - Supports the operations of Demo loans and management across EMEA, with focus on France, with stakeholders;
    - Contact for the France demo service provider in regards to Personal Systems portfolio;
    - Understand and prioritize issues and follow up with impacted parties to ensure resolution;
    - Point of escalation for both Partner and company’ loan requesters for solving critical operational issues;
    - Monitor e2e performance across all operational aspects: orders, deliveries, product pricing, payments, returns;
    - Manage issues related to process and capability: pricing & OPG management, Product availability/PLC/localization, Limes tool (capabilities and user mgt), reporting, resources, forecast.
