    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Cerinte

    We are seeking experienced Business Representative. This position takes fortitude, entrepreneurial instinct and top relationship building skills to be successful. The International Account Representatives will be responsible for the sale of semiconductors and computer peripherals. The chosen candidates will have the opportunity to build their own customer base by prospecting, servicing, and nurturing an account base that includes OEM’s and CEM’s around the world.

    - Degree in Technical Field is an advantage

    - At least 1 year of experience in a costumer oriented role

    - Experience in a sales environment – advantage

    - Language skills in English, additional languages: Polish

    - Decision making competences and reliable negotiation skills

    - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

    - Outstanding organization and planning skills

    - Cross-cultural skills

    Responsabilitati

    - Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships via the phone and email

    - Initiating sales processes by scheduling appointments

    - Making initial presentations, and understanding account requirements

    - Understanding and adequately conveying the value added services that Smith has to offer

    - Negotiating price with customers and keeping up with market trends

    - Interfacing with Smith’s Purchasing team

    - Functioning as the point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers

    - Guaranteeing timely and successful delivery of Smith’s solutions according to customer needs and objectives
