Compensation Planning Analyst - Contractor Role

Required skills:
good verbal and written communication in English (German is a plus),
analytical and organizational skills (missing deadlines might have costs impact to the company),
MO Excel knowledge (macros is a plus, manage complex spreadsheets)
Previous experience in Compensation area is a plus

The person will participate into the Target Letter process in Germany and will be responsible for Target Letter communication to the German Sales employees
The job requires sensitive data management and coordination of various Finance groups for Target info deliverables. The Compensation Planning Analyst must ensure all Sales employees receive their target communication in due time as per fix deadlines.

The role offers a 6-month contract with extension.
