    Cerinte

    • University degree;
    • Minimum 4 years sales experience in a FMCG Company in a Key Account Manager position;
    • English language – Advanced level;
    • Good knowledge of Romanian market;
    • Able to travel minimum 20% of the time;
    • PC knowledge – Outlook, Internet, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
    • Driving license – B;
    • Abilities in people management (KAM will cooperate with sales agents / field people);
    • Excellent organization & prioritization skills;
    • Person with a high level of “drive” and persuasive;
    • Hands-on approach;
    • Diplomatic abilities;
    • High level of interpersonal skills;
    • Very good communicator;
    • Result oriented person;
    • Customer relationship management;
    • Analyzing and detail oriented - analytical thinking;
    • Autonomous, proactive, team player.

    Responsabilitati


    • Implement market strategy for each category. Work closely with SM Romania and all support functions (Marketing / Customer service / Logistics);
    • Be aware of market trends and evolution & customer evolution by maintaining close contact;
    • Constantly monitor competitors’ market strategy and activities and share information within the team;
    • Make recommendations of tactics for short / medium term at national / regional / local customer level;
    • Discover new customers and propose full approach for gaining the POS;
    • Build long-term partnerships with customers, based on win-win approach;
    • Work closely with field team (support field team) and be sure that centrally negotiations are implemented in the shops (the range, number of in-store placements, shelf organization and POSM placements);
    • Make recommendations of specific innovative activities per channel to increase sell-out;
    • Assists in any other job related activities that might be required by the direct manager.
