Manager Corporate Officer - Join our team in Luxembourg

About you:
- You have a University degree in Corporate Law.
- You have strong knowledge of Luxembourg regulation
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluent in English (any other language would be an asset)
- Acting as a team member.
- Client-oriented and open to communication
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills

About the role

As Manager corporate officer you will:
- Manage and organise the Client Cosec team so as to deliver company secretarial and administration services to a portfolio of Luxembourg domiciled client companies in accordance with contractual engagements, client expectations, fee budgets as well as taking direct ownership for certain more complex client relationships.

- Deal accurately with all client issues and administration tasks, receiving and handling efficiently all communications ensuring all matters arising are fully and efficiently dealt with giving the high standard of service expected.

- Assist the Client Director in the establishment and maintenance of an effective system of internal control covering all Client legal and administration processes within the business.
