Production Planner

Specifically, you will:

• Find alternatives in order to improve productivity and efficiency of the Production Planning activity;
• set priorities together with the Production Planning Coordinator;
• monitor the production plan;
• adjust the production plan in case of lack of material, capacity (equipment), lack of people or other problems that may arise;
• track actual production results versus what was planned, keeping contact with the team and the customer;
• closely collaborate with the Master Scheduler in order to increase capacity;
• We rely on your ability to find methods and solutions in order to avoid delivery delays, tracking OTD's (On Time Delivery - delivery dates);
• Your input will also be needed in daily meetings about the production plan, production achievements and exports; 

Your needed skills:

• 2+ years experience in control & production planning;
• University degree in economical or technical domain;
• Advanced English Skills and good computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems);
• Able to make decisions and to understand the impact on business;
• Excellent communication skills in relationship with demanding customers and partners;
• Strong personality, courageous and assertive;
• Flexible, ready to adapt and able to obtain results in a continuous changing environment.
