    Responsabilitati

    • Analizeaza si solutioneaza intr-o maniera profesionala solicitarile clientilor primite telefonic, prin e-mail sau chat;
    • Ofera suport si consiliere precum si informatii despre produsele companiei prin intermediul telefonului, e-mailului, chat-ului;
    • Initierea de apeluri in vederea analizei dosarului de credit
    • Gasirea celor mai bune solutii pentru solicitarile clientilor
