    - Coordination of meetings/appointments
    - Telefon-management
    - Travel planning (Tickets, Hotels)
    - Post processing (inbox / outbox)
    - Filing (physically / electronically)
    - Preparation of invoices
    - Preparation of documents
    - Preparation/creation of presentations (Power Point)
    - Translations
