Desired Skills and Experience
IT / Project Management / Customer Services experience
Good skills in SQL and relational databases
Very good knowledge of MS-Office programs (Focus on MS Excel and MS Access)
Fluent German (spoken and written)
Independent and structured method of working
Further beneficial
Fluent English, in word and in writing
PHP skills
Managing clients through product lifecycle (onboarding, application processes, optimization, customization etc.)
Planning client lifecycle during academic year with project management tools
Coordination and processing of customer requests relating to our software product
System customizations (e.g. setting up online application forms, programmes, online interview, document templates…)
Interact with Universities and offer them technical support regarding our software product
Technical Support Desk for High Education Applicants
What we expect
IT / Project / Customer Services experience
Good knowledge of MS-Office programs
Fluent German, spoken and in writing
Independent and structured method of working
Further beneficial
Fluent English, in word and in writing
Previous experience with CRM tools (like MS Dynamics, Salesforce or similar)
Skills in SQL and relational databases (e.g. being able to run simple SQL queries through management tools)
Tools we use
Zendesk as ticketing and case management system
Salesforce as CRM and Account Management System
Smartsheet and Jira for Project Management
