    Experience in TPM/ Continuous Improvement
    - Minimum 3 year previous experience in HR
    - Computer literacy: Advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook;
    - Ability to work with different HR projects at the same time, to evaluate priorities;
    - Ability to advise employees on matter within the competence of;
    - The ability to apply labor relations laws and regulations;
    - Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit
    - Good team worker, capable to work transversally, to build relationships across departments and functions
    - Deep loyalty and confidentiality , tact, diplomacy, intuition, problem solver attitude and competencies
    - Willing to engage in new challenges and non-standard situations
    - Experience in working in factory environment –is a plus
    - Experience in payroll & admin – is a plus


    - Prepare reports that include HR information, according to the manager requests;
    - Determine learning needs;
    - Request learning opportunities;
    - Provide learning opportunities;
    - Administer training activities;
    - Create/update competency matrix;
    - Gives support in drafting job descriptions;
    - Proactively identifies possible improvements of concerned processes, proposes alternative solutions and supports its implementation (if validated);
    - Supports ET pillar activities.
