    HR Select – Agentie Recrutare si Executive Search

    Requirements

    - University graduated, ideally Economics
    - Certificate in Project Management – mandatory
    - Prior experience as Project Manager / Officer in a large, complex organization, with multiple projects running on the same time
    - Fluent in English

    Responsibilities

    - Monitors and gives support to designated Project Managers (Line Managers), be it HR, IT, Finance, Operational, etc, during the entire process and replaces them when needed
    - Verifies the existence of the internal resources needed for the project (people, resources, etc), intervenes when necessary,
    - Daily supervision and update on the steps performed on each project, intervenes to unblock situations, if case
    - Periodically reports on projects
    - Performs post project audits
