System Administrator - SAN and Disk Administration

• The candidate must have a demonstrated technical knowledge in storage environment;
• He must perform end to end administration and maintenance of Storage Area Network and Storage Systems in large customer environment (10 PB +):
- Provisioning of new space (Disk allocations and de-allocation in large distributed environment);
- Troubleshooting and problem determination of network and storage devices;
- Server build (Storage configuration);
- SAN switch zoning and its configuration;
- Storage performance analysis.
• He must demonstrate ownership in following specific end to end tasks and the ability to work effectively in extended, self-organizing teams.

MANDATORY SKILLS:

• OS - Linux & Windows
• SAN - Brocade devices, zoning
• Storage (DS8k, SVC, V7000, FlashSystems)
• Communicative competence (pro-active)
• Willingness to learn new things and extremely flexible if workflow is changing
• Coordinate well with all teams & team members, self-organizing
• Ability to work under pressure and remain decisive
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
