Requirements
- Perfect control of proper English (reading, writing and speaking) with no spelling or grammar errors
- Basic technological knowledge (Office, Internet etc.)
- Additional technological knowledge
- Communication, Analytical and Organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Control of other languages besides English and Romanian - advantage.
Serves customers by providing product and service information - inbound via e-mail and chat
Resolving product and service problems - inbound via e-mail and chat
Establish a good working relationship with customers and related departments, i.e. Account Managing Team and Sales
