Fire Systems - Sales Manager

Requirements:
• Fluent Bulgarian and English
• Bachelors degree (Technical/Engineering degree would be an advantage)
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role (preferred in the safety and security technology business)
• Possessing a successful track record of building strategic partnership relations; with good experience in managing channel conflicts and pricing issues.
• Experience with different Fire Detections Systems, highly preferred
• Ability to deal and negotiate with decision makers for a multi-national company
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of time
• Driving license

This role reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager. In this role you will be responsible for promoting and selling Honeywell Fire Safety systems and solutions into the Bulgarian and Romanian market segments, seeking and securing new business opportunities and liaising with customers and other parties involved. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and influencing skills. He / She should be comfortable in an ambiguous changing environment as we continue to move forward in the local markets.

Responsibilities:
• Regional responsibility in caring, advising clients and partners, including Key Account Management and relationship management to existing customers.
• Present and introduce the Honeywell Fire Safety System portfolio, including New Product Introductions and their benefits to customers.
• Conduct price negotiations with customers within the given discount limits in order to maximize profitability whilst maintaining market price parity.
• Conduct periodic business reviews with all customers in the region to look at performance versus Annual Operating Plan and previous year.
• Take actions to prevent poor performance and/or maximize new opportunities.
• In conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager prepare a business plan for the assigned region and agree on annual sales plans that reflects the maximum growth opportunity for the forthcoming period
• Frequently follow up of the quotations and maintain the opportunities/contacts in the system.
• Maintenance of the sales forecast in the system to support the Sales Inventory Operating Plan Demand review.
