    Candidatul ideal:
    Suntem in cautarea unei persoane dinamice, puternic orientata catre rezultate, cu bune capacitati de negociere si cu experienta in coordonarea unei echipe de vanzari.

    Cerinte :
    -nivel avansat de limba limba franceza si engleza (nivel minim B2)
    -excelente tehnici de negociere
    -capacitatea de a motiva si de a conduce o echipa spre performanta

    Responsabilitati

    Responsabilitati :
    In calitate de Manager comercial, vei avea urmatoarele responsabilitati:
    -supravegherea si gestionarea activitatilor zilnice a echipei ( prospectare, flux telephonic, negociere cu clienti);
    -analiza rezultatelor echipei si stabilirea obiectivelor calitative si cantitative;
    -intocmirea si punerea in aplicare de strategii de lucru pentru imbunatatirea performantei membrilor echipei;
    -rezolvarea diverselor litigii care pot aparea in relatia cu clientii;
    -intocmirea si prezentarea rapoartelor solicitate catre managerul operational din Franta;
    -recrutarea noilor membri ;
