ServiceNow Engineer/Developer

We are actively seeking a ServiceNow Engineer/Developer in a dynamic project in collaboration with our esteemed client—a multinational professional services brand of firms, ranking as the second-largest professional services network globally and recognized as one of the Big Four accounting firms. In this role, you will be responsible for automation and workflow development, integration of ServiceNow with other systems, and document releases.

Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
Hands-on experience with core IT Service Management, Catalog, Workflow & Orchestration is strongly desired;
Working knowledge of APIs (REST and SOAP);
Technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform including administration & development using Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions;
Good understanding of the underlying data structures & relationships between various data sources;
Basic understanding of different ServiceNow modules & CMDB;
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
Excellent English skills (written and spoken);
Good communication skills.


Nice to Have

Good knowledge of Cloud tagging approaches;
Working knowledge of cloud discovery;
Exposure to promoting code via update sets (Team DEV experience - a plus);
Scripting knowledge - JS, AJAX, Powershell (a plus);
Experience with dealing with Multi cloud environments (Azure, AWS and GCP);
Be active and have initiative in production support activities.

In partnership with stakeholders, you will design and implement, support and enhance capabilities of automations on the platform;
You will serve as the technical SME for ITSM and ITOM;
Additional responsibilities include development & implementation of Orchestration, workflow & automation of the processes;
Responsible for the technical implementation of the ServiceNow integration;
Code, configure and release interfaces between ServiceNow and other systems;
Maintain and continually improve current processes, policies and tools;
Create and update release documentation and use case documentation.
