    Seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Operations Specialist, focusing on Digital Customer Experience and Analytics in the Energy Industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales operations and data analytics to contribute to our growing organization and make a significant impact on a global organization

    How You'll Make an Impact
    • Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to support the enhancement of our digital customer experience across various platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and online portals.
    • Co-lead the development and implementation global strategies and campaigns that increase the adoption and engagement of customer portals and related digital platforms.
    • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of CRM systems and sales enablement tools, ensuring accurate data entry, efficient reporting, and effective utilization by the sales team.
    • Work closely with the sales team to gather and analyze customer data, extract insights, and provide recommendations to optimize sales performance and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Support the development and refinement of sales performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to enable data-driven decision-making and revenue growth.
    • Support Customer Satisfaction Survey process, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) and related campaigns, strategies and analyses.
    • Support other Cx team activities such as internal and external trainings on digital platforms and/or other products.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, identifying areas for streamlining and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and standard processes in digital customer experience, sales operations, and data analytics, and actively propose innovative strategies to gain a driven edge
    What You Bring
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales operations, digital customer experience, or data analytics, preferably within the energy industry or a related field.
    • Proven and successful experience in improving digital customer engagement by running campaigns and co-developing interface improvements.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
    • Strong analytical attitude with the ability to derive insights from data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with various collaborators
