    This is an opportunity to be involved in an exciting program and join the Cloud Migration Office (CMO). You'll be working closely with our app teams and across the CMO to ensure migration of our DBORs to the cloud. We value strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as well as program management skills. Come join us! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES - Identifies and manages project and programme dependencies - Manages complex, large-scale and/or high-risk projects that involve multiple senior internal and external stakeholders - Leads the development of project artifacts, integrated project plans, resource and contingency plans, ensuring they are scoped and documented and that risk management processes are in place - Partners with project sponsors/stakeholders (including customers) to define project objectives, milestones and success criteria and develops status reports to update senior stakeholders on project progress, and gains commitments to ensure corrective actions take place if required - Anticipates issues and delays and evaluates trade-offs between project size, complexity, cost, risk etc. effectively assessing and resolving high-priority project risks - Leads multiple workstreams and large project teams throughout the project lifecycle delivering results that meet the success parameters stated in the business case - Manages the project budget request process and performs regular financial reviews, tracking and measuring financial performance and key metrics against plan and validating financial forecasts - Ensures all projects adhere to LSEG Group Standards for project methodology, governance and risk management. SKILLS AND PROFICIENCY Project management Project Management methodologies: Uses project management methodologies to manage project resources and activities. Resource & optimisation: Plans, manages and optimises resources within teams in order to maximise results and achieve desired performance. Business case & Benefit Management: Prepares and manages business cases or proposals to justify programmes or projects, and identifies, manages and tracks benefits derived from the prgrammes or projects. Navigating the business: Utilises knowledge of practices and approaches for managing and navigating the organisation to support project/programme objectives. Change management: Uses a systematic approach to deal with change, transition or transformation of an organisation's goals, processes or technologies, implementing strategies for effecting behavioural and cultural change, controlling change and helping people to adapt to change. Industry knowledge: Demonstrates a depth of hands-on knowledge of the organisation's industry and domains. Leading teams: Directs and leads others, coordinating activities and providing encouragement and inspiration to help others succeed. Communication: Communicates with clarity and precision, presenting complex / technical information in a concise format that is audience appropriate. Problem Solving: Defines a problem, generates solutions, and evaluates and identifies the best solution to overcome the problem. Process improvement: Seeks new ways of working continuously to make processes run smoother and faster. Relationship building: Interacts well with others, quickly establishing rapport building positive relationships and networks. Stakeholder management: Builds trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their drivers and negotiate positive outcomes. Third party management: Manages the relationships with all external third parties. Project planning & delivery: Demonstrates the discipline of planning, organising and managing resources and activities to achieve specified outcomes within a clearly defined timeframe and standards. Flexible ways of working: Understands different approaches to project management (e.g. Agile, Waterfall etc.) and ensures flexibility to deliver and execute within different ways of working.
