    The partnership will deliver against its ambitious objectives by adopting a Product-centric, Agile operating model in which we iteratively build solutions in close collaboration with our customers, and transparently connect team execution to our Product and strategic goals.

    As an Agile Transformation Analyst, you will work closely with the Head of Transformation, core transformation team, agile coaches, key sponsors and wider stakeholders from business development, operations, and other supporting functions. Finding creative ways to engage with these stakeholders and drive the blueprint for our new ways of working. Including, how we should be organised as a successful end to end team, process redefinition and key roles and responsibilities. Additionally, you will work with agile coaches to launch pilots in the new ways of working, deliver tangible measurable outcomes and organise agile trainings. The key goal of this program is to make us more customer centric, deliver products faster and more efficiently and improve employee engagement.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to the agile blueprint and partnership playbook covering new processes, roles & responsibilities, structures for how we develop our products end to end
    • Contribute to the playbook as we develop learnings via 'test & learn' approach
    • Program management of and delivery of target outcomes from implementations
    • Support implementation of the blueprint, in a phased roll-out approach across the organization

    In this role, you will:

    • Influence people across teams and divisions to help implement agile blueprint
    • Help deliver new ways of working and enterprise agility across the organisation, from the team level through to departmental level and beyond, to support us in end-to-end alignment across the organisation
    • Contribute to the effectiveness of the transformation journey and drive continuous improvement
    • Contribute to the outcomes and KPIs for the program and monitoring of them
    • Collaborate with agile coaches, executives, and senior leadership
    • Build relationships across the organisation and help drive and support the enterprise level drive for agility
    • Provide regular feedback regarding scope, roadblocks, concerns to your colleagues and key stakeholders

    Required Skills:

    • Experience in agile, digital transformations, product transformations desirable
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Proficiency with tools like Powerpoint, Excel
    • Ability to prioritise effectively
    • Ability to work with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Emotional intelligence, level-headed diplomat, skilled listener and clear communicator
    • Patient, persistent, optimistic, self-motivated and determined; results driven and goal oriented
    • Critical thinking, problem solving and lateral thinking skills
    • Quick learner
