    Requirements

    You may be perfect for the role if you are:

    - A young graduate or Master's student;
    - Passionate to learn more about the business and sales administration processes;
    - Curious and well-organized;
    - A good communicator, fluent English speaker;
    - An experienced magician in MS Office.
    - Looking for a full time 1 year paid traineeship, with the possibility of extension.

    Responsibilities

    As a Customer Data Management Trainee you will:

    - Cooperate with the Sales Department for receiving and processing an accurate CarForm
    - Propose solutions to improve processes in situations where they are not functioning efficiently
    - Correct and timely setup of customer accounts (including processes such as creation, modification, cancellation, or reactivation)
    - Verify of account accuracy
    - Conduct applicable internal control processes for customer accounts and protection against fraud risk
    - Check identified suspicious clients in the Trade Automation process (Embargo)
    - Issue reports requested by partners, customers, or managers, according to agreed-upon dates in operational calendars
    - Participate in and organizing operational or development meetings
    - Cooperate with the direct manager in case new tasks applicable to the position arise
