We’ve planned a 6-month (July – December) fulfilling learning path that will grant you access to business know-how, relationship management and all sorts of engaging activities that make up the HP Way.
Each month is designed to provide a unique learning experience during which you will become familiarized with the activities, culture and organization.

The Heroes Academy @HP Internship Program means:

• Assisting the Personalization Program Manager who is accountable for leading this global initiative across all stakeholder groups
• Practice hands-on eCommerce Program Management and Program Managements skills
• Provide day-to-day support in onsite personalization activities and make recommendations for improvement of targeted campaigns.
• Work with Personalization Program Manager and  Merchandising experts to continuously fine-tune personalization tools settings and share knowledge.
• Learning about and using Onsite Personalization related tools and data to uncover opportunities
• Monitoring active Personalization campaigns, creating and assigning tasks to relevant teams for follow-up
• Gathering inputs from various stakeholders, compiling, and sending updates and reports (emails, presentations)
• Assist for internal communication such as Newsletter with gathering contents o raise awareness of the team’s activities and accomplishments for engagement.
• Developing your expertise in eCommerce and understanding the importance of personalization on revenue uplift

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Information Systems or equivalent/related fields
• Enrolled in University or graduating after January 2025
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Results orientated, with a positive pro-active attitude and willingness to contribute, learn and deliver
• Polite but persistent, with good collaboration and negotiation skills to help make sure people get things done in time
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (at least B2, preferably C1 level of proficiency)
• Passionate about eCommerce or IT but seeing yourself in a Product or Project management role rather than as an Engineer / Developer
