Civil Engineer Project & Development

>> Minimum 2 years experience in similar roles;
>> Higher education in Civil, Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering;
>> Very good command of English in speaking and writing (min. B2);
>> Negotiation skills;
>> Practical knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft Project;
>> Practical knowledge of AutoCad;
>> Practical Knowledge of SAP;
>> Good communication skills and ability to work within an international team;
>> Attention to detail and accuracy;
>> Proactiveness and flexibility;
>> Ability to meet deadlines and reliability in work performance;
>> Driving license – B category.

>> Analyze proposal requests assigned;
>> Prepare proposals' budgets;
>> Carry out consults and budget requests on materials and/or workforce regarding the proposals;
>> Prepare the projects' technical part: works program and descriptive documents;
>> Organize and compile tender processes;
>> Perform measurements to the projects sent by the client for validation of the necessary works within the project;
>> Prepare preliminary projects and/or alternatives to the initial project;
>> Ensure compliance with the Management System;
>> Ensure continuous improvement;
>> Monitor your own work, according to the Management Policy and respective documents;
>> Carry out the proper 'worksite file' handover.
