Collection Supervisor with French

- Fluency in spoken and written French language - Candidate should be able to hold seamless conversations in French over phone and chat with dealers, customers, third party collection agencies and other external parties.
- Working knowledge of English language - Candidate should be able to understand conversations in English as part of training modules, and read emails/documents written in English. Basic fluency in language will suffice.
- Previous experience of 5-7 years in role of a project manager/supervisor with banking or non-banking financial firms is preferred.

• Coordinate Collections/Collections at the Operations level, both on rents and GMVs:
Delinquency Management / Collection in France:
- Improve our clients' end-of-contract process.
- Implement actions and follow-ups to better control our delinquency.
- Support the rental in achieving its delinquency objectives rents based on the following indicators:
- Delinquency ratio: Over 30d - Over 60d - Over 90d;
- Budget losses;
- LTR;
-Ensure coordination on delinquency topics with other departments, including Sales and Risk.
- Ensure coordination with the Central, including the required reports.
- Ensure the follow-up of pre-mat, post-mat and Rent projects with our Collections agency.
- Follow the performance of our collections agency.
- Establish rigorous governance mechanism.
- Identify areas for improvement to minimize our level of delinquency.
- Support the Collections clerks in their daily mission of monitoring delinquency.

• Supervise the execution of Quality throughout the Operations Department:
- The essential mission of the Quality Coordinator will be to develop the satisfaction of our end customers to better retain our customers by:
- Analysing the results of our various Quality surveys (metrics / reporting).
- Identifying areas for optimizing internal processes.
- Driving quality within the various Ford Credit departments in France.
- Follow-up of customer satisfaction surveys and action plans (Medallia surveys, TCF, Complaints).
- Work on specificities related to TCF analysis.
- Management of the Quality Action Plan.
- Replicating European best practices.

• Supervise the implementation of local and European improvement projects:
- Accompany and support the Project Coordinator in the following missions:
- Ensure coordination with other departments on all European projects.
- Coordinate and support the implementation of improvement projects and other local initiatives.
- Develop with other departments the operational implementation of projects in France.
- Participate in follow-up meetings.
- Follow the evolution of projects in order to present the Risks / Issues / Advances to Management.
